Inside Sales Executive- Automobile

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in the automobile spare parts industry, you will be responsible for generating requirements from garages and retailers, cold calling prospective customers, visiting customers across Maharashtra, onboarding customers as retail stores, channel partners, or franchise partners, and building the channel sales of the company through business partnerships. Your primary focus will be on selling both genuine spare parts and company-branded lubricants. It is essential to consistently achieve monthly targets to qualify for incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Generate automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from Garages / Retailers - Conduct cold calling to prospective customers - Visit customers in the field across Maharashtra as required - Onboard customers as retail stores, channel partners, or franchise partners - Build the channel sales of the company through business partnerships - Focus on sales of both genuine spare parts and company-branded Lubricants - Consistently achieve monthly targets and qualify for incentives Qualifications Required: - Graduate from any field; MBA would be an added advantage - Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales - Possess technical knowledge about car spare parts - genuine & aftermarket - Willingness to visit the field for generating sales for a minimum of 15 days in a month - Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages,
