Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: [Office / Remote / Hybrid – mention as applicable] Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply) Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling online leads, communicating with customers over calls, sharing quotations, and closing sales. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working with online portals and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities Be available online during working hours to accept and manage leads from online portals Call and follow up with prospective customers to understand their requirements Provide accurate product/service information to customers Prepare and send quotations as per customer needs Regularly follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales status Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship management Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills (English & local language preferred) Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls Ability to work on online portals, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Preferred Skills Experience in inside sales / tele sales / online sales Knowledge of quotation preparation and closing techniques

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
