Your role involves various responsibilities and requirements to ensure effective performance: Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Engineer - Actuated Valves, your primary responsibilities will include: - Collection of enquiries, evaluation of scope of supply, and identification of main characteristics. - Generating enquiries through market/source analysis. - Sizing and selecting actuators & associated accessories. - Preparing technical and commercial proposals. - Coordinating and conducting technical bid evaluations with clients and suppliers. - Conducting commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers. - Issuing purchase orders and recording them in the company's CMR software. - Holding external and internal kick-off meetings after purchase order awarding. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Automation and Control). - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Engineer working with valves and actuators (Automation projects). - Proficiency in ASME, ANSI, IEC, NACE, DIN/EN, API, and ISO standards. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Ability to manage high workloads and work effectively under pressure. - Excellent proficiency in technical and business English. - Strong team collaboration skills, contributing positively to diverse team dynamics and shared goals. - Methodical and organized approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
