Project Manager Quality Department

As a local Project Manager in the Quality Department at Grupo Cunado based in Chennai (India), you will be working in an international environment with a focus on piping expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct technical checking during the bidding stage, including the revision of project specifications and standards. - Issue a checklist that includes all additional requirements to the required manufacturing standards. - Review manufacturers/suppliers offers and provide a summary of deviations and strengths of received supplier offers. - Collaborate with the commercial department to issue the final technical offer. - Participate in the working team for the supervision of the progress of the order from a technical point of view. - Review documentation from manufacturers and address client comments for final approval and production release. - Coordinate client inspections to obtain MTC and release. - Manage possible incidences or deviations during production or final inspection. **Qualifications Required:** - Technical training in steel materials/engineering. - Knowledge of valve (and/or piping) steel production. - Familiarity with testing/NDT procedures. - Understanding of manufacturing standards such as ASME, ASTM, MSS SP, API, EN, and ISO. - Conversational level of English. - Dynamic, proactive, organized, and analytical mindset during documentation review. - Ability to resolve issues efficiently and communicate effectively to meet deadlines.,
