Roles And Responsibility:

Handle customer forecast entry, orders, coordinate deliveries and payment follow ups.
Customers new design samples orders to factories & delivery support to customer place.
Coordination with various stake holders internally( Sales, production plant, sales warehouse) to support customers.
Managing inbound web enquiry leads and gather relevant information and pass the lead to respective regional sales in charge.
Coordination with customer plant buyers and understand future forecast for smoother delivery planning.
For newly fixed opportunities registering the part and price in system for regular order processing.
Managing and updating customer data base in ERP system for any changes in delivery address, part price revision etc.

Qualifications/Skills

Bachelors degree with experience in Customer Support, preferred from Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Background.
Candidate worked in Components Industry preferred.
Good customer service skill.
Excellent verbal and written English communication and active listening skills.
Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages.
Knowledge of MS Office/Power point, CRM and ERP etc.
Good Team player.
