Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining communication with clients, addressing their queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Inside Sales and Order Processing
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
