Inside Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to follow up with online leads, generate business from existing data, and assist in daily administrative activities. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management:Follow up with online leads through calls, emails, and messages. Convert potential leads into customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. Manage and update the lead database, ensuring timely follow-ups. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. Administrative & Daily Assistance:Assist in scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling documentation. Prepare reports and maintain records related to sales performance. Support in day-to-day operational tasks as required. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
