Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and market research. Conduct on-site visits to prospective and existing clients to present products, demonstrate solutions, and understand their specific needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate pricing and terms of sales, aiming to close deals and achieve sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market share. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for hydraulic solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary. Market Analysis & Reporting: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the hydraulic industry. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Raj Hydroflex's full range of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and valves. Be able to articulate technical specifications, features, benefits, and applications of products to customers. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Industrial preferred), Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the industrial products sector (hydraulic components, industrial machinery, or similar). Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, hoses, fittings, and valves is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP software. Valid driver's license own reliable transportation are essential for travel within assigned territories. Familiarity with the Chakan and PCMC industrial areas is a significant advantage.
