Position: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) Industry: Healthcare Software (US-based Product) Location: Sector 42, Gurugram Experience: 1–4 Years CTC: [30,000 - 35,000] About the Company: We are hiring for a fast-growing, US-based healthcare software company that is revolutionizing clinical practice management through intelligent solutions. Our client’s software is used by healthcare providers across the US to streamline patient records, scheduling, billing, and more. Job Role: We are looking for dynamic and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our Inside Sales / BDE team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales leads through outbound communication, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospective healthcare clients in the US. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients (clinics, hospitals, medical practitioners) in the US via phone, email, and online meetings. Understand client needs and present product demonstrations tailored to their requirements. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound queries. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM. Collaborate with the US sales team for alignment and training. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / International Sales (preferably in healthcare domain). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts or overlapping hours may be required). Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
