Inside Sales & Business Development

You should have 2-6 years of experience in inside sales for a technology company and possess a passion for success and a winning attitude. As an inside-sales, business development account specialist, your role will involve generating increased sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting extensive research on prospective clients and decision makers, developing competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries, and products, and connecting with prospects via phone, email, and social media to build a strong funnel of qualified leads. You will also be required to maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals, engage in meaningful dialogue to build strong customer relationships, and communicate with internal stakeholders on the next steps to address qualified leads. To excel in this role, you must have demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, a structured approach to the sales cycle, and a good understanding of the technology industry. You should be willing to take initiative and ownership of your work and be open to working in parallel with the USA Time Zone from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.
