Inside Sales (B2C domestic)

As an Inside Sales Specialist at this company located in HSR Layout, you will be responsible for the following: - Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels. - Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals. - Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers. - Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline. - Customer Relationship Management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree is mandatory - Experience in inside sales You will be working in a day shift and the CTC offered ranges between 4 - 7.3 LPA, including incentives.
