Inside Sales (B2C domestic)

As an Inside Sales Specialist at our company located in HSR Layout, you will be responsible for converting leads obtained from various marketing channels. Your role will involve creating short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve the set targets effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively recognize opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers, as well as identifying references within the customer base to enhance the sales pipeline. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 months to 4 years of experience in inside sales. Immediate joiners who possess strong communication and negotiation skills are preferred for this role. The position offers a competitive CTC ranging between 4 to 7.3 LPA, including incentives. The working hours are during the day shift.
