Qualifications

* Excellent Communication

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* 1+ years' previous Inside sales/lead generation experience

* Experience working on CRM system

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

* Understand customer needs and requirements.

* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure.

* Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly quotas.

* Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest.

* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

* Database profiling and validation

* Update CRM

Background:-

* Person with Sales background in IT Industry

* Preferably selling - Email Solutions, Messaging Solutions, Data Centre or Hosting Solutions.

* Excellent communication skills, Active Listener, Versatile, Presentable etc.

* Currently doing Lead Generation and Sales Call to clients for pitching.

* Working on Targets and ready for Fix and Variable salary.

* Track record of over-achieving quota

* Experience in database management in CRM

* 1-2 years in same domain.
