Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with parents, explaining our programs, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our team to build relationships, maintain records, and follow up on inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with parents and explain our skill-focused learning programs for kids
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
• Build relationships with potential clients and maintain records of interactions
• Follow up on inquiries and provide timely communication
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance
  

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
