Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with

  US clients

  through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a sales pipeline.
• Schedule product demos and hand off qualified leads to senior account executives.
• Learn and implement best practices in

  inside sales and international sales processes

  .
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Work closely with the growth team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates

  (any discipline) with strong communication skills.
• High energy, confidence, and willingness to talk to international clients (primarily the US).
• Ability to work

  night shifts (India time)

  to align with US business hours.
• Eagerness to learn sales tools (CRM, email automation, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving mindset.
