About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to work in the US shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com / BBA / B.Tech or any Commerce-related qualification
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in night shift (US shift)
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions or services
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets as assigned
