Academic Counsellor (EdTech Inside Sales) Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for education and sales? We are seeking an Academic Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team. If you have a proven track record in inside sales within the EdTech sector and are eager to make a significant impact on students' futures, we want to hear from you! About the Role As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the bridge between our innovative educational programs and aspiring students. Your primary responsibility will be to understand student needs, provide comprehensive information about our offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is crucial in helping individuals achieve their academic and career goals while contributing significantly to our sales targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our programs. Understand student profiles, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations through in-depth conversations. Present and explain the features and benefits of our EdTech courses and programs clearly and persuasively. Address queries and concerns of students and parents effectively and professionally. Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve student outreach and program offerings. What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, specifically within the EdTech industry is mandatory. Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream). Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software is a plus. Working Conditions & Compensation Work Days: 6 days a week with Sunday as a fixed off . Location: MG Road, Bengaluru Salary: Up to INR 55,000 - 60,000 take-home per month Incentives: Unlimited incentives based on performance. Apply Now!
