Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide initial counselling to students regarding overseas education options, countries, universities, and application timelines. Engage in insightful conversations to understand the student’s goals, interests, and aspirations. Explain the benefits of the company’s admission counselling, visa assistance, and accommodation services. Build rapport and trust with prospective students to encourage engagement. Conduct follow-up calls to confirm scheduled appointments and address any doubts. Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the management team to improve calling scripts and outreach strategies. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in business development and/or sales. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus). Goal-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications preferred.
