Job Description

As an Inside Sales Account Rep Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. You will be assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing support for lead/opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, and connecting via social media to generate leads. - Scheduling first meetings for sales/pre-sales and conducting customer surveys. - Identifying participants for events and bringing awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. In this role, you will be managing and expanding Key Strategic Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Partners. You will expand current partnerships to create a balanced portfolio, grow business, and fill market opportunities. Your duties will include influencing partners and business leaders to upsell Microsoft products and services. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert to identify, engage, onboard, and qualify sought-after partners with new and complex applications or solutions to expand Microsoft's platform and fill gaps. Your responsibilities will also involve: - Understanding and aligning partners" priorities, strategies, and goals with Microsoft's to build mutually beneficial account plans. - Focusing on Year-over-Year Growth in Azure Deals, Azure IP Co-Sell Wins, Compensable ACR, and Marketplace Billed Sales. - Emphasizing on accelerating ISV Independent Software Vendor sales through seller-to-seller engagement and transacting in Azure Marketplace. - Conducting regular pipeline reviews with partners to maintain pipeline hygiene, remove blockers, and track deals to closure. Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or lead generation. - Proficiency in English at a minimum level C1. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - Background as Partner Channel Managers (PCMs), Opportunity Managers, and/or Solution Area Specialists (Azure). - Previous experience working with Channels and Partners within the Technology Industry, with a primary focus on Cloud transformation and Software development. Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience supporting a partner business plan and selling technology solutions. - Knowledge of the Microsoft Sales Cycle for various segments. - Certification in Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) is preferable but not mandatory. - Experience working with partners highly visible with Microsoft. Please note that a degree in Any Graduation is required for this position.,
