We’re hiring a Primary Researcher to join our Innovation & Research team!

What you’ll do:

• Conduct telephonic interviews to gather customer feedback

• Deep dive into responses to extract actionable insights

• Document findings with strong written communication

• Collaborate with teams to share crisp, meaningful summaries

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent spoken & written Business English
