Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly adaptable, tech-savvy professional to serve as a Digital Athlete and spearhead ECAVOs digital transformation journey. In this role, you will leverage AI technologies, data analytics, and modern digital platforms to optimize operations, elevate customer experiences, and generate actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead innovative pilot projects, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies to develop scalable, impactful solutions aligned with ECAVO’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital transformation initiatives across business functions using AI tools, automation, and advanced analytics.

• Design, test, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making.

• Lead pilot programs for emerging technologies and scale successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify business challenges and deliver data-driven strategies.

• Continuously monitor industry trends to introduce new digital capabilities and best practices.

• Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in data analytics, AI applications, and digital transformation projects.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and modern AI/ML platforms.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and iterative development cycles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
