Job Title: Brand Digital Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360 digital brand strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, email, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and media teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Plan and manage digital advertising budgets (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Drive social media strategy and oversee content calendars for all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities for innovation in content, formats, and platforms.
• Track and report performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI), and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage relationships with digital agencies, influencers, media partners, and vendors.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to support digital sales goals and customer acquisition strategies.
• Lead brand storytelling initiatives through blogs, videos, campaigns, and digital PR.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on brand management.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Strong creative sensibility with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing teams, budgets, and external partners.
• Up to date with the latest digital and social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with design tools like Canvas, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
