Role Description

PR Moulds is seeking a full-time Injection Machine Process Technician for an on-site role located in Hyderabad. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting the injection moulding process to ensure quality and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include fine-tuning machine parameters, conducting routine quality checks, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless production. The technician will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to operators on process standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Process Engineering to address and improve production issues.
• Skills in Quality Control and adherence to high manufacturing standards.
• Experience in executing and managing Preventive Maintenance protocols.
• Ability to conduct and deliver training to operators and team members on process optimization and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of injection moulding machinery and materials is a significant advantage.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is a plus.
