To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Expertise in Troubleshooting and Process Engineering to address and improve production issues. - Skills in Quality Control and adherence to high manufacturing standards. - Experience in executing and managing Preventive Maintenance protocols. - Ability to conduct training sessions for operators and team members on process optimization and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of injection moulding machinery and materials (an advantage). - Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. - Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries (a plus).
