Infrastructure Systems Specialist

The Identity and Access Management team within CISO is a global organization with 1200+ employees worldwide. IAM is responsible for managing entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees/contractors, as well as for external Citi clients using Citi applications. IAM collaborates with Global Information Security to establish appropriate security architecture for new applications and supports significant business-driven technology projects related to information security. As an Infrastructure Systems Specialist within IAM, you will be part of a team environment and will fulfill Identity access management related requests across banking applications and other systems with security modules. Your role will involve providing core customer service support for targeted applications and systems, working closely with various groups within the business and throughout Citi. Key Responsibilities: - Provision user/Functional ID entitlements, compliance review requests, and incident/change management handling for Citis global customer base within established support thresholds. - Ensure adherence to pre-defined Service Level Objective (SLO) requirements for designated requests at a personal and team level. - Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files. - Demonstrate an understanding of Information Security concepts and policies, applying them to day-to-day work. - Identify potential compliance issues and escalate them to management attention. - Communicate information concisely and logically, considering audience diversity. - Exercise discretion and judgment due to the sensitive nature of work data. - Manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities with evolving work efforts. - Analyze processes for improvement and create action plans for implementation. - Adhere to defined Risk and Control guidelines and perform activities within the established guidelines.
