Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute mailbox and distribution list (DL) migrations from Exchange On-Premises to Exchange Online, Perform pre-migration assessments, readiness checks, and post-migration validation, Design and implement secure and scalable SMTP relay solutions in Exchange Online, Transition mail routing from on-premises to cloud-based infrastructure with minimal disruption, Configure and manage connectors, transport rules, accepted domains, and hybrid mailflow settings, Troubleshoot mail delivery issues across hybrid environments and ensure message traceability, Integrate Mimecast with Exchange Online for continuity, archiving, and security, Migrate journaling, retention, and compliance policies from on-premises to Mimecast and Microsoft 365, Administer Exchange Online, including mailbox provisioning, shared mailboxes, and group management, Monitor mailflow, service health, and performance using Microsoft 365 admin center and message trace tools, Implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to enhance email security and prevent spoofing, Collaborate with security teams to align mailflow configurations with organizational policies, Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, Maintain detailed documentation including migration plans, configurations, and troubleshooting guides, Provide Tier 2/3 support for messaging-related incidents and service requests, Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for IT support and end-users, Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft support for escalations and advanced troubleshooting, Participate in change management and risk assessments for messaging infrastructure changes, Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal governance policies, Required Skills: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online), Hands-on experience with mailbox and DL migrations, Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, Experience with Mimecast administration and integration, Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments, Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications ( e-g, MS-203, MS-102), Experience with migration tools ( e-g, Quest, BitTitan), Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Experience in regulated industries ( e-g, finance, healthcare), Experience 6-8 Years Skills Primary Skill: Infrastructure Support Sub Skill(s): Infrastructure Support Additional Skill(s): Infrastructure Support, Infrastructure Support L1, Managed Services-L1 Support, M365 Engineer About The Company Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company based out of Silicon Valley We engineer business outcomes for Fortune 500 companies and digital natives in the technology, healthcare, insurance, travel, telecom, and retail & CPG industries using technologies such as cloud, microservices, automation, IoT, and artificial intelligence We accelerate experience-led transformation in the delivery of digital platforms Infogain is also a Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Gold Partner and Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP), Infogain, an Apax Funds portfolio company, has offices in California, Washington, Texas, the UK, the UAE, and Singapore, with delivery centers in Seattle, Houston, Austin, Krak?w, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, Show
