Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage distributed infrastructure and network systems.
• Lead ServiceNow Discovery initiatives to ensure accurate asset and inventory tracking.
• Oversee license management and compliance across network devices and infrastructure assets.
• Apply SRE tenets to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using

  Ansible

  and

  Python

  to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilise

  Power BI

  to create dashboards and reports for infrastructure metrics and asset insights.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all infrastructure components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 810 years of experience in infrastructure and network management.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, network devices, and license management.
• Proficiency in

  ServiceNow Discovery

  , inventory, and asset management.
• Hands-on experience with

  SRE principles

  and automation tools (

  Ansible

  ,

  Python

  ).
• Familiarity with

  Power BI

  for data visualisation and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in network or infrastructure technologies (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, ServiceNow).
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
