We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Specialist with deep expertise in distributed systems and network management. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in automation, SRE principles, and infrastructure tooling, along with a strong understanding of inventory and asset management processes Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage distributed infrastructure and network systems. Lead ServiceNow Discovery initiatives to ensure accurate asset and inventory tracking. Oversee license management and compliance across network devices and infrastructure assets. Apply SRE tenets to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and Python to streamline infrastructure operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and drive continuous improvement. Utilise Power BI to create dashboards and reports for infrastructure metrics and asset insights. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all infrastructure components. Required Skills & Qualifications: 810 years of experience in infrastructure and network management. Strong knowledge of distributed systems, network devices, and license management. Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery , inventory, and asset management. Hands-on experience with SRE principles and automation tools ( Ansible , Python ). Familiarity with Power BI for data visualisation and reporting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in network or infrastructure technologies (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, ServiceNow). Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
