Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Azure Networking

Gather customer requirements.
Conduct design workshop with customers.
Design and deploy zone redundant Virtual Network Gateway.
Design and deploy resilient Express Route solution.
Design and deploy resilient VPN Solution.
Design and deploy resilient Application Gateway solution with WAF
Design and deploy resilient Azure Firewall solution
Design and deploy structured Azure Firewall Policies.
Troubleshoot WAF, Azure Firewall Policies and Azure on-premises connectivity issues during the migration and post migration phases of the project.

Azure Storage

Design and deploy zonal redundant and Regional Redundant resilient Azure Storage Account Solutions
Deploy Private Endpoint for Storage Accounts

Azure Backup

Backup of On-premises servers , SQL servers & Azure using MABS or MARS
Backup of VMware & Hyper-V virtual machines using MABS.
Deployment and configuration of Recovery Services Vault.
Configuration of backup policies (frequency, retention). (out of the box default configurations)

Service Health

Gather customer requirements and configure Service Health Alert and actions.

General

Conforming to client compliances and expectations
This role may entail shift & after-hours support on an on-call basis.
Good working experience all HA and DR solutions.

Mandatory Technical skills required

In-depth knowledge and experience in

Azure Express Route
Azure Application Gateway
Azure Firewall
Storage Account
Service Health Alerts

Good to have:

Azure Hub and spoke architecture
Azure DNS
Azure front-door
Azure NSG
