• Design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning.• Build, deploy, and optimize applications and integrations using Python (or Java) within the AWS ecosystem.• Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments, including configuration of IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, and Kinesis.• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Jules and manage code repositories with Git/Bitbucket.• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and scale them to production-ready systems.• Monitor, debug, and provide production support for large-scale environments using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and CloudWatch.• Implement and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient voice solutions.
