Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Position : Infrastructure - Automation Engineer.

Job Type : Contract to Hire.

Work timings of the resources 9 AM to 6 PM IST

(Candidate with Strong Automation/ Scripting skills)

Key Responsibilities :

Design and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for infrastructure operations.
Automate VM lifecycle management, storage configuration/provisioning, and server configuration/patching.
Support and optimize Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix environments.
Develop self-healing, monitoring, and reporting automation to improve Infrastructure performance and uptime.
Implement automated backup, disaster recovery, and security hardening processes.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and deliver automation-driven solutions.
Document automation frameworks, scripts, and standard operating procedures
