Infrastructure SME / Architect with strong expertise in Linux, networking, security, and automation. The role involves guiding teams on Linux/Ubuntu hardening, setting up network isolation, and applying infrastructure best practices for on-premise application deployments. The SME will engage directly with clients to review setups, recommend improvements, and defend technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices. ResponsibilitiesAct as an expert to guide the team onLinux/Ubuntu hardening .Provide direction in setting upnetwork isolation and enforcing security best practices.Review infrastructure and deployment setups, recommending improvements as required.Engage with clients to present, justify, and defend infrastructure and security decisions.Act as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business needs.Ensure the team follows automation, security, and infrastructure best practices. QualificationsBachelordegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.1215 years of professional experience ininfrastructure architecture / SME roles . Essential skillsStrong expertise inLinux (Ubuntu) administration andsystem hardening .Deep understanding ofnetwork security, isolation, and data center infrastructure .Proven experience ininfrastructure architecture and best practices .Strongclient-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to guide teams in automation, deployment, and secure configurations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired skillsWorking knowledge ofDevOps practices and automation tools such asAnsible .Understanding of application deployment processes in hybrid and on-premise environments.Experience aligning infrastructure setups withsecurity and compliance standards .Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience1215 years in infrastructure architecture acrossnetworking, security, and Linux in private data centers.Hands-on experience withDevOps, Ansible, and automation frameworks .Proven track record in guiding teams oninfrastructure hardening and secure deployments .Strong experience inclient-facing roles , including presenting, negotiating, and defending technical solutions.Demonstrated ability to build trust with customers and influence technical direction.
