Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Educational Qualification :Graduate in Engineering preferably in Computer Science Engineering IT ECE or BCAMCA or 3 year Diploma in Computer Science Engineering from university institute recognized by the Govt of India

Should have strong working knowledge in skill set mentioned for L1 Network Engineer. Should have working knowledge of ISO OSI and TCP/ IP model. Should able to configure, manage and troubleshoot both IP technologies (i.e. IPv4 and IPv6). Should have hands on experience of Configuration, Managing &Troubleshooting skills over Major Managed and Unmanaged Networking devices (i.e. Router and Switches) of different OEM (i.e. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE etc). Should have hands on experience of Configuration Managing & Troubleshooting skills over Core Networking Devices and Security Devices (i.e. Firewall, IPS /IDS) of different OEMs. Should have working knowledge of different Network Monitoring and Management Tools (Like NNM). Knowledge of load balancing setup of Finacle CBS/ UBS version 10.2.18 or higher Should have working knowledge of different Network Diagnostic Utilities for determining network problems. Should have good understanding of integration of Network services with Desktop and Server environment. Should have hands on experience in configuration, integration and support of LAN and WAN services. Should have experience in closure of SOC issues. Should have good understanding of MPLS, SDWAN technology. Should have minimum 3 years of experience in relevant technology in a Data Centre environment. Should have worked in a Data Centre Environment for at least 2 years.
