Job Description

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Responsibilities:- Should have sound experience in providing L2 support for Storage Management and support on Pure/NetApp SAN Storage and performed Storage SAN Migration. Design and implement Pure Storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning. Alert and resolve any performance issues and notify end-users. Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Pure Protection Group Creation Recovery point and Snapvault/SnapMirror. Plan and implement best practices for SAN solutions. Create and update documentation for storage procedures. Troubleshooting Critical Storage issue related to Pure and NetApp. Provide architecture recommendations. Planning and Execution of Storage based Migration. SAN allocation/deallocation of Block Storage Technical Experience: Should have sound experience in Pure storage and NetApp Storage high Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Snapshot/Snapvault technologies and Flexclone. Good knowledge on SAN Storage like ISCSI and FCP protocols. Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches. Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning. Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications. Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework. Azure Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.Professional Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
