About The Role

Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and services, both remotely and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model, addressing hardware and software issues, and implementing technology solutions across server and network areas. Your role will require you to troubleshoot basic and intermediate level problems, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.

Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.

Strong understanding of network protocols and storage solutions.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

Familiarity with operating system-level implementations across various platforms.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
