Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to implement technology at the operating system level across server and network areas. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring that all configured services operate effectively within a defined operating model and processes.A Jira Support job, often referred to as Jira Support Specialist or Jira Administrator, involves providing technical assistance and guidance to users of the Atlassian Jira platform. This includes tasks like configuring Jira, troubleshooting issues, managing users and permissions, and integrating Jira with other tools. They also play a role in maintaining the health and performance of the Jira instance, and collaborating with other teams to ensure its effective use within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.     Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools, JIRA- Strong understanding of system administration and network management.- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Familiarity with various operating systems and their configurations.- Ability to implement and maintain software solutions across different platforms.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management Tools.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
