Job Description

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Grafana Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Microsoft SQL ServerMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products both remote and onsite. You will work on configured services running on various platforms within defined operating models and processes, including hardware/software support and technology implementation at the operating system-level. Must have Skills :Grafana Good to Have Skills :Microsoft Azure DevOps Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Microsoft SQL Server Key Responsibilities :- Grafana knowledge and hands on experience- Troubleshooting experience- Good written and verbal communication skills- Excellent understanding of SQL, able to understand existing SQL Queries, good understanding of database structures MS SQL Preferred- Basic understanding of networking, firewalls and secure network communication using SSL- Good to have experience with Azure DevOps and operating Azure PipelinesProfessional & Technical Experience :- Good Git source control knowledge - Good to have LDAP knowledge around groups and permissions- Good to have knowledge or experience with Splunk and understanding Splunk queries- Good to have knowledge of PowerShell, specifically using PowerShell to run automations- Good to have knowledge of Azure, Azure Monitor, Azure Monitor Logs- Good to have Application support experience- Good to have basic knowledge of Kubernetes deployments- The ability to learn new processes and technologies- Candidate should have effective communication skills within the team and with clients - Maturity and a professional attitude:Candidate should be matured enough and demonstrate professional attitude - Dependability and a Strong Work Ethic-Candidate should demonstrate dependability Educational Qualification:Btech or equivalent Qualification 15 years full time education
