Job Description

Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and services across different platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, addressing issues as they arise and ensuring that all systems function optimally. Your role will require you to troubleshoot hardware and software problems, implement technology solutions, and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. You will also be responsible for adhering to defined operating models and processes, ensuring that all support activities align with organizational standards and best practices.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the field.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.

Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security measures.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.

Familiarity with various operating systems and network configurations.

Ability to implement and maintain file transfer solutions across different platforms.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
