You are invited to join our team as a Management Trainee for the position of Service Desk Lead within the Infrastructure Applications department. Specifically, we are seeking an individual to focus on Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) technologies. As a Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of these critical IT infrastructure and security functions. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Active Directory operations, gaining a fundamental understanding of its role in enterprise IT environments, and providing support under supervision. Additionally, you will be involved in SCCM & Intune activities such as monitoring compliance reports, understanding patch management processes, and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. Within Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will support Level 1 operations, including user provisioning and de-provisioning, access control management, troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues, implementing IAM policies, and assisting with audit and compliance activities. Furthermore, you will provide Level 1 support for Privileged Identity Management (PIM), ensuring user access and permissions adhere to security standards, coordinating with teams for issue resolution, and contributing to system upgrades and technology implementations while maintaining regulatory and internal compliance requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess a basic understanding of AD, SCCM, Intune, IAM, and PIM concepts, along with effective communication and coordination skills. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn and develop in the IT infrastructure field, and capability to document processes for audit readiness will be essential for success in this position.,
