Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and providing top-notch customer service. The specialist will also work closely with other teams to support and maintain IT infrastructure, and provide technical assistance to staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kuwait.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
