Role –

Location: Remote (India)

Work Timings: EU timings

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Skills/Knowledge Required:

• Good experience on UK and European IT Recruitment process
• High level of attention to detail
• Must have social media skill
• LinkedIn recruiter experience
• Interviewing Skills and effective Negotiation Skills
• Strong knowledge on Microsoft: LinkedIn, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Good Oral & Written communication
• Good Team player
• Effective time management abilities
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Understand the client requirement, supporting Talent Acquisition team to boost productivity.
• Research, identify and engage with active & passive candidate attract them to open roles
• Building strong talent pool & pipeline for present & future roles by utilizing best sourcing strategy.
• Engaging with candidate & building strong relationship. Ability to present open roles to potential candidates.
• Also present candidate to the client for present & future roles.
• Ability to support at every stage of recruitment lifecycle.
• Adhere to follow the TA process & meet the strict deadlines.
• Dedicatedly able to work in UK/EU timings (non Negotiable)
