Information Technology Operations Engineer

As a Salesforce Reports and Dashboards Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, ensure data integrity, and optimize CRM functionalities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards - Troubleshooting existing reporting errors - Integrating Salesforce with other systems - Ensuring data quality - Providing technical support - Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Identifying process improvement opportunities - Ensuring compliance and security Your competencies in Integrity, Accountability, Customer Focus, Time Management/Organization, Communication, Teamwork, and Self-Motivation will be crucial for success in this role.
