INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

As an IT Manager at a Dairy Company's Ranchi branch, your role will involve managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure to ensure data security, smooth software application functioning (including SAP), and supporting day-to-day technology requirements. You will oversee hardware maintenance, network security, software applications, email systems, SAP management, team, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and related hardware. - Ensure timely troubleshooting and support for hardware issues. - Manage firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions to safeguard company data. - Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for uninterrupted connectivity. - Implement IT policies, data security standards, and regular backup processes. - Oversee installation, licensing, and updates of software used in the organization. - Liaise with external vendors/partners for software support and upgrades. - Manage company-wide email systems and user accounts. - Support SAP users across Finance, HR, Production, and Supply Chain modules. - Supervise IT support staff and allocate tasks effectively. - Negotiate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and AMC contracts. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred). - Minimum 5-8 years of IT experience. Skills: - Strong knowledge of firewalls, networking, and IT security protocols. - Hands-on experience with SAP support and integration. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows servers, and email systems. - Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and vendor management skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
