Information Technology Manager

As a seasoned IT infrastructure manager, you will be leading and mentoring a team of professionals responsible for infrastructure management. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing Cisco network environments to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. You will also manage cloud infrastructure services, ensuring they align with business needs and are secure, cost-effective, and scalable. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and availability of IT services such as email, file sharing, and collaboration platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure management. - Design, implement, and optimize Cisco network environments. - Manage cloud infrastructure services, including AWS and Azure Cloud. - Ensure performance, security, and availability of IT services. - Manage network security and implement policies for protective measures. - Lead the design and implementation of disaster recovery plans. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network and cloud infrastructure performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure solutions meet business needs. - Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices. - Provide incident management and resolution for infrastructure issues. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, procedures, and policies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. - Strong leadership and team management experience. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. Additional Details: - Experience with Cisco networking technologies, cloud platforms, and endpoint management tools is essential. - Proven expertise in IT service management and IT security concepts. - Familiarity with disaster recovery planning, backup systems, and high availability solutions is required. - Previous experience in GIS organization would be preferred.,
