Job Description

As an experienced professional in Strategic Account Management, your role will involve implementing consultative pitch strategies and driving Change Management initiatives across different levels within the customer organization as well as within your own team. You must have hands-on experience of at least 5 years in implementing various IT technologies. Being highly organized is crucial to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, possessing excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills is necessary. Your positive and service-oriented attitude, coupled with outstanding follow-through on issues, will be key to your success in this role. Anticipating potential challenges and providing proactive solutions will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the business needs of clients and effectively translate them into IT scope format - Provide recommendations based on clients" needs and propose cost-effective solutions - Prospect and generate new clients through online portals, cold calling, and email marketing - Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and present appropriate technical solutions and value propositions - Demonstrate strong analytical, technical, sales, and marketing fundamentals, along with effective sales negotiation skills - Manage and coordinate with clients from project estimation to delivery - Devise new and innovative business development plans and strategies - Utilize your independent drive to achieve success in your role Qualifications Required: - Excellent logical and listening abilities - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML/CSS, PHP, MySQL, Drupal, and PHP - Compulsory IT background In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, having a keen eye for foreseeing potential challenges and being prepared with solutions to address a variety of problems is essential. Your role will also involve understanding clients" requirements, grasping and presenting the vision effectively, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your ability to manage and coordinate with clients, coupled with your proficiency in devising business development plans, will be instrumental in your success in this role.,
