Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Assistant, based in Surat. The IT Assistant will provide day-to-day technical support, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, ensure proper functioning of computers and printers, and assist in resolving technical issues. The candidate will also monitor IT operations and assist in improving processes to support organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support, Information Technology, and Printer Support
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and address technical challenges
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with team members
• Good understanding of network systems and IT infrastructure is a plus
• Relevant certifications or IT qualifications are preferre

Salary package

• Salary range upto 25k
