Information Security Specialist

As an Information Security Specialist at Vistra, you will have a critical role in implementing and managing information security strategies across the organization, with a specific focus on Asia. Reporting to the Head of Department in Mumbai, India, you will contribute to the progress of global business by removing complexities and enabling clients to achieve great things. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage information security strategies across Vistra, with a primary focus on Asia. - Develop and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) processes. - Identify and mitigate information security risks through risk analysis and implementation of mitigation strategies. - Support audit activities and ensure compliance with regulations by assisting in internal and external audits. - Raise security awareness and conduct training programs tailored to regional needs. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of work experience in Information Security, Business Continuity Management, or related areas. - Proven track record in developing and implementing information security policies within a global organization. - Hands-on experience with BCP, DR processes, BIA, risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. - Profound knowledge of information security principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and regulations. - Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
