The Info Sec Prof Senior Analyst position at Citi involves leading efforts to prevent, monitor, and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks, ensuring the execution of Information Security directives and activities aligned with Citi's data security policy. The primary focus will be on Identity and Access Management Governance, particularly on non-worker identities and IAM resources. **Responsibilities:** - Identify potential Identity and Access Management (IAM) risks and provide recommendations for enhancement - Lead execution of IAM governance procedures, with a specific focus on non-worker identities and IAM resources - Collect and analyze security risk evidence, coordinating with internal and external compliance and auditing agencies - Develop and operationalize key risk indicators for related IAM topics and governance procedures - Produce insights from data tailored to specific requirements and audiences - Conduct meetings and effectively communicate complex security topics and IAM standards with all levels of the organization - Ensure daily utilization of controls and address non-compliance remediation - Drive technological projects supporting the expansion of IAM governance with cross-functional teams - Provide IAM consulting services, interpreting and clarifying information security policy, procedures, standards, or concepts - Assist in defining, implementing, and governing IS standards to align procedures and practices in compliance with Citi standards - Educate and advise on safe information security practices and current, changing, or recommended information security requirements - Validate compliance with IAM policies, practices, and procedures, resolving various IAM related issues in coordination with the business - Mentor new team members and assist with coaching and training - Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and team members - Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets **Qualifications:** - 5-8 years of relevant Identity and Access Management experience - Applicable Certifications or willingness to earn within 12 months of joining - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Proven influencing and relationship management skills - Strong analytical skills **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
