Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Governance:

Contribute to and Revise Information policies, frameworks, SOPs for Security systems.
Establish Benchmarks and Standards for Security Systems
Develop Security Strategy and build 3-year Roadmap
Ownership of implementation of Security Roadmap.
Establish and manage Security Architecture
Introduce new technologies, capabilities and skills required for enhancing security maturity levels.
Build and Implement AI governance and AI driven security operations.
Ensure compliance requirements met with Security Architecture
Prepare Mid-Term plans, Hoshin w.r.t Projects, Budgets etc. for Security Architecture

2.Projects:

Oversee implementation of security projects as per Security Architecture
Oversee all IT projects and IT changes from Security standpoint by enforcing Security By Design & Dev-Sec-Ops approach.
End-to-end management of all security projects including Scope, Cost, Schedule, Resources, Risk Mgmt. etc.
Selection of the solutions and implementation of the same as per Security Architecture
Selection of Vendors through thorough evaluation and management of vendors for implementation and transition of solutions to the Security Operations.
Manage Contractual requirements in line with Vendor Risk Management.

3.Awareness:

Level-Up IT, InfoSec and Business on skills and capabilities.

4.Drills

Ensure Resiliency requirements covered as part of all projects.
Conduct testing of resiliency, updates to CCMP, SIRT readiness etc. before Go-Live

5.Reporting:

Visibility of Security Projects and IT projects w.r.t Security posture
Reporting to Management on weekly project status, Kobeya updates, monthly updates
Reporting to IT Steering Committee, InfoSec Steering Committee, IT Strategy Committee and Board as required.
