Job Description

As an InfoSec Compliance Officer, your role involves ensuring IT/Business Information Security Compliance by conducting IT internal or external audits, reviewing evidence, and preparing audit reports. You should have a good understanding of all IT departments" fundamentals and basic procedures, such as server management, network management, antivirus, patch management, SOC, VAPT, access management, and ITIL processes. Your technical know-how should include expertise in advanced Excel or Power Point, with additional skills in Power BI and Excel VB Macros being advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring IT/Business Information Security Compliance - Ensuring timely completion of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing - Conducting User Access Review and Firewall Rule Review - Checking Monthly IT Security KPIs and preparing the Security Deck - Managing Security Incidents and Issue Trackers - Performing Quarterly Internal Audit and Yearly Client External Audit - Preparing for ISO27001, SSAE18 SOC1, SOC2, GDPR, and PCIDSS Audits - Responding to client's vendor risk assessment questionnaire and conducting Vendor security reviews - Conducting yearly BCP/DR drill and Information Security Awareness Sessions Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of Industry Experience with 3 years of relevant experience - Bachelor's degree in B.E., B.SC IT, B.SC Computer Science, or equivalent - Experience in IT audit, governance, RIA Advisory, and compliance - Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking abilities Location: Pune, India (5 days from the office) Please note that as an InfoSec Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's IT security compliance and should possess the necessary technical skills and qualifications to excel in this role.,
